Your challenge
  • Strategic Account Planning: Developing and implementing strategic account plans that align with the company's goals, including identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure a cohesive approach to account management and to leverage opportunities for client account expansion.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Overseeing the preparation of reports and analytics on account status, growth opportunities, and challenges to inform management decisions and strategy adjustments.
  • Contract and Negotiation: Leading contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, as well as resolving any issues that arise during the client relationship lifecycle.
  • Customer Feedback and Improvement: Implementing systems to gather customer feedback, analyzing feedback for insights, and making necessary adjustments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Crisis Management: Addressing and resolving any issues or crises that arise with accounts swiftly and effectively to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
Your profile
  • Project Management Skills: Competency in managing projects, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring delivery against the deadline. Projects are broad in scope and could include proposals, events and change management initiatives. 
  • Organizational Skills: Being highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English) are crucial for presenting ideas, negotiating contracts, and addressing client concerns effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and trustworthiness.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Skills in identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals are essential for driving revenue growth.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze problems, think critically, and come up with creative solutions to address client issues and challenges.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and implement strategic account plans that align with both the client’s and the company’s goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and products.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, collaborating with other departments to meet and exceed client expectations.
