As a LiveEO Enterprise Sales Engineer focused on our TradeAware product, you will be paired with a few Enterprise Account Executives, and be our customer’s primary technical point of contact. You will take a consultative approach with our customers, identifying their pain points and driving technical alignment between customer needs and LiveEO’s TradeAware solution for EUDR compliance. 

Your challenge
  • Conduct online and in-person demonstrations of our sustainable supply chain product;
  • Assess customer requirements and identify technical alignment between customer needs and the TradeAware solution;
  • Communicate customer feedback and requirements to Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service and other groups within LiveEO;
  • Work hands-on with customers to install and deploy the TradeAware solution;
  • As necessary, conduct end-users training on the TradeAware solution and functionality;
  • Work directly with customers to ensure their goals are being met;
  • Oversee the entire RFP process, ensuring thorough and competitive proposals;
  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide support before and during calls;
  • Train sales team members on the technical aspects of the company's products and services;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including executive overviews, discovery sessions, demos, and follow-up meetings.
Your profile
  • Previous experience functioning as a Pre-Sales Engineer, supporting complex software sales cycles;
  • Domain expertise with supply chain management systems or ERP systems is preferred;
  • Deep experience working directly with customers to ensure that their business goals are being met;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as business and technical acumen, are a must;
  • A broad background in technical architecture is very desirable;
  • Experience in successful start-ups is strongly preferred.
