Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including social media, networking events, and cold-calling;
Outreach: Planning and executing targeted outreach to potential leads via email/ campaigns, phone, and social media to introduce the company’s products or services and ensure adequate top-of-funnel pipeline;
Qualification of Leads: Assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their suitability for the company's offerings and ensure adequate top-of-funnel pre-qualification using BANT, MEDDPICC;
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team;
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Analyse and improve target customer data by constantly updates our CRM;
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to refine sales strategies and GTM with research and business intelligence, based on feedback and market demands;
Meeting Targets: Achieve or exceed set quotas for lead qualification and meeting setup;
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on pipeline development and other metrics;
Marketing: Work with our Marketing teams, to manage incoming leads, validate customer requests and identify potential target customers.
Prior practical experience in Sales Development roles from work in similar positions for minimum 1 year;
Experience in SaaS Enterprise businesses;
Experience with Sales Qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDPIC);
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French, German and other European language skills is a plus;
Strong analytical thinking, structured way of working, excellent communication and self - organisation skills;
Speak-up mentality and self-initiative;
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments;
Preferably based in Berlin, Germany or willing to relocate (remote may be an option).
