Standort: Berlin (Hybrid – 2 Tage pro Woche im Büro)
Dauer: 4-6 Monate ab Juni 2025, Vollzeit (35 Stunden pro Woche)

Du möchtest erste praktische Erfahrungen in Finanzen und Buchhaltung sammeln? Bei LiveEO nutzen wir Satellitendaten, um ganze Branchen zu revolutionieren – und wir suchen eine/einen Finance & Accounting Praktikanten/in, der/die unser wachsendes Finanzteam unterstützt.

In diesem Praktikum bekommst du die Möglichkeit, Finanzprozesse, Controlling und Berichterstattung aktiv mitzugestalten. Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Finanzexpert*innen zusammen, die dich auf deinem Weg begleiten und dir wertvolle Einblicke geben.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Optimierung von Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltungsprozessen.
Mitarbeit im Accounting-Team während der Monatsabschlüsse und bei Finanzcontrolling-Aufgaben.
Erstellung von ad-hoc Berichten und Datenanalysen, um wertvolle finanzielle Einblicke zu gewinnen.
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Dokumentationen.
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams, um eine reibungslose Finanzabwicklung sicherzustellen.

Dein Profil

Must-Haves:

Laufendes Studium in Finanzen, Buchhaltung oder in einem verwandten Bereich.
Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Details.
Teamplayer, der*die auch eigenständig arbeiten kann.
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Level).
Wohnhaft in Berlin oder bereit, mindestens zweimal pro Woche ins Büro zu kommen.

Nice-to-Haves:

Erste Praktikums- oder Arbeitserfahrung im Finanz- oder Buchhaltungsbereich.
Erfahrung in einem Startup-Umfeld.

Tech Stack & Tools, mit denen du arbeitest:

Excel & Google Sheets für Finanzanalysen und Berichterstattung.
Buchhaltungssoftware (Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber nicht erforderlich).

As a Finance and Accounting Intern, you will support our finance team in managing financial operations, assist with accounts payable/receivable, monthly closing, and financial controlling, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You will also collaborate with experienced finance professionals who will help you hone the skills needed to kickstart your career in the finance and accounting field.

Your challenge

Maintain and assist in upgrading current Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Assist the Accounting Team during financial closing periods and in all Financial Controlling-related topics
Conduct ad-hoc reports and data analysis to help understand financial data
Support the preparation of financial reports

Your profile

Must to have:

Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Team player with the ability to work independently
Based in Berlin
Fluency in both English and German (C1 level)

Nice to have:

Prior experience working in startups
Prior internship or work experience in a similar position
