Senior Customer Success Manager (f/m/x) - APAC (Tokyo)

LiveEO combines satellite data and AI to monitor critical infrastructure such as power lines, railways and pipelines from space. Our products, Treeline (vegetation risk along power lines and railways) and Surface Scout (ground changes and risks around pipelines), are used by utilities, rail operators and energy companies in Europe, North America and APAC, including major Japanese power and rail companies through a sales partner. Our goal is to monitor 1 billion assets worldwide by 2030.

As a founding member of our Japan presence, the Senior Customer Success Manager (f/m/x) owns our APAC customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion, and leads customers from pilot to production.

• Be the first Customer Success Manager (f/m/x) in Asia and help build LiveEO's APAC business.

• Use satellite data to make Asia's power and rail infrastructure safer and more efficient.

• Lead customers from pilot to production, with a visible impact on growth.

• Own APAC customers (Japan, Australia, New Zealand, India, etc.) from onboarding through renewal and expansion.

• Lead pilot and POC customers with success plans, regular value reviews and the business case for production.

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with our Japanese sales partners.

• Own renewals and co-own upsell and cross-sell with Sales.

• Run business reviews and executive updates that show customers the value delivered.

• Bring the voice of the customer to our product teams.

• Work with project managers, who lead technical delivery.

• Travel regularly within Japan (e.g. Kyushu, Hokuriku) and about once a quarter to Australia and New Zealand.

• 5+ years in customer success, account management or B2B sales

• Customer-facing experience in geospatial, GIS, satellite data, remote sensing, or technology for utilities, rail or energy

• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese

• Willingness to travel within Japan and internationally is a plus.

• Experience with Japanese electric power or rail companies is a plus.

• Experience working through resellers or partners is a plus.

• A track record of converting pilots into production contracts is a plus.

• Ownership of renewals and upsell is a plus.

• A technical background (GIS, remote sensing, REST APIs) is a plus.

• Experience at a foreign-owned company or startup is a plus.
