We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lay the technical foundations of a new product within our Government team; shaping it from early prototypes to a scalable, production-ready solution. This product builds on the strengths of our existing commercial offerings, extending them into a new domain with distinct requirements (confidentiality, security) and high-impact use cases. Concretely, this is the defence and security domain: we build for governmental and armed-forces customers, with the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) among them. This is a zero-to-one role: part prototyping, part systems design, part integration engineering, all impact. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from rapidly building and iterating on prototypes, to integrating with existing platforms and external partners, to establishing the architecture and engineering practices that will support long-term growth.

You’ll have high ownership from day one, with the opportunity to turn ideas into working systems in tight, iterative cycles using a modern TypeScript and Python stack and to define the technical direction of a product from its very first lines of code.
Cross functional collaboration:
You’ll work at the intersection of multiple teams, collaborating closely with engineers and product stakeholders to translate existing capabilities into new use cases and rapidly evolving prototypes. You’ll partner with teams building core platform components and AI-driven features, ensuring seamless integrations and aligning on shared architecture, data flows, and interfaces. At the same time, you’ll engage with external partners, operating in security-sensitive and classified environments, to explore interoperability and validate solutions in real-world contexts; creating tight feedback loops between prototyping, integration, and product direction.
